Loriot is an exceptionally affectionate dog who loves cuddles and giving kisses, and he is easy to train.
He often spends time in the forest with his owners, who hold a valid hunting license.
He also regularly takes part in training sessions at the dog sports field, where he is making great progress.Loriot is a grandson of Wilma (Donatella vom Grünen Fichtelgebirge), one of Germany’s most renowned truffle hunters – affectionately known as the "Truffle Queen." Wilma has discovered over 100 different truffle species, a testament to her exceptional nose and dedication. Loriot clearly follows in his grandmother’s footsteps: he searches with focus, purpose, and – most importantly – remarkable success. This fall, he is expected to take part in his first working test.
